Alternative Parking Options
On-street metered parking
is available throughout the area. The parking meters require $0.25 for every 12
minutes ($1.25/hr), so bring your own quarters.
Please remember to "cramp
your wheels" - turn your wheels into the curb - on all hills, even the
gentle ones (the City of San Diego "Meter Maids" are famous for their
$35 tickets).
3 hour parking no longer available with validation at the Horton
Plaza.
Public Transit
- The San Diego Trolley Orange and Blue lines pass in front of the GENI
office, get off at Civic Center Station. Just turn around the corner onto 3rd
Street to our main entrance.
- Bus routes along Broadway
are 1 block from the GENI office (eastbound bus stop is at 3rd Avenue), 2 blocks
from the GENI office (westbound bus stop is at 4th Avenue), and 3 blocks
from the GENI office (westbound bus stop is at 1st Avenue).
- Bus
routes along 4th Avenue are 1 block from the GENI office.
