Pepco Energy Services Supplies
Green Electricity to Several Large Federal Government
Facilities in the Nation's Capital

Pepco Energy Services, a subsidiary of Pepco Holdings,
Inc. (NYSE: POM) and a leader in renewable electricity
initiatives, has signed agreements to supply electricity
generated from renewable sources to the U.S. Departments
of Transportation, Energy, Interior, Agriculture,
Office of Personnel Management, National Archives
and Inter-American Development Bank, all located
in Washington, D.C.
Under an existing contract with the General Services
Administration, Pepco Energy Services will supply
over 122 million kilowatt-hours of renewable power
in 2007. The green energy supplied under these contracts
comes from multiple nationally sourced renewable
resources and will be certified through the Environmental
Resources Trust and Green-e.
