Creating Mission Control Rooms for Sustainability

Dear GENI Friend,

  • Where do we go to grapple with the critical issues of our time?
  • Why are our leaders so polarized and seem unable to solve serious problems?
  • We are smarter than any generation before, so what's missing?

San Diego SIMCenter50 years ago Buckminster Fuller proposed the

World Resources Simulation Center
(SIMCenter)

www.wrsc.org

as a collaborative, immersive visualization facility. He said we needed a place to convene our smartest engineers, business leaders, educators and policy-makers. A SIMCenter enables us to literally "see" past trends, visualize future options, then compare costs and benefits for optimal choices.

For six years we demonstrated the added value of this educational decision-making facility.  We engaged our community to accelerate sustainable policies and business practices, become more resilient in the face of climate change, map and design a better future for all.

SIMCenter VisionToday, we know these SIMCenters are needed in every major city, university and corporation to solve the most challenging "wicked problems" we face.

You can bring the SIMCenter visualization experience to your city, your university, your community. Call us to get started.
